Senator Schumer is pushing to make the now-in-the-works coronavirus vaccination fully covered by Medicare, so it will be accessible to seniors who need it the most.
The senator added that immunization coverage varies under current Medicare rules and he wants to add a special provision into the coronavirus funding deal that ensures those most susceptible, seniors, can get the vaccine free.
