A police investigation is shutting down streets near the Federal Building in Rochester.
Rochester Police says they got a call around one o'clock this afternoon for the report of a suspicious man.
Police say the Monroe County Sheriffs bomb squad and the Rochester Police bomb squad are both on scene.
