The New York Public Service Commission will be looking into the Spectrum service outage earlier this month.
The outage left millions of customers all across the Northeast. without cable, phone or internet.
Spectrum says damage to fiber optic lines was the culprit.
Customers can apply for a credit from the company by calling the customer service line.
