The Town of Greece has dismissed code violations filed against pawn shop owner Devin Tribunella...if he agrees never to own or operate a pawn shop or second-hand store in Greece again.
He was charged with four town code violations in connection with his business. He continues to face federal charges for allegedly recruiting Rochester drug addicts to steal merchandise for him, which he then sold online.
Tribunella is next scheduled to be in Greece Town Court on February 25th, where the violations are to be withdrawn.
