The state Department of Health has set up a toll-free hotline to answer questions about the Novel Coronavirus.
Experts will field questions at 1-888-364-3065.
And the department has created a dedicated website as a resource for New Yorkers -- it is NY.gov/coronavirus
There are no confirmed cases in New York State.
Governor Cuomo says 12 New Yorkers have been tested for the virus, 11 tests have come back negative. Results of the other test are pending.
