A Rochester woman has been charged in a crash last June in Pennsylvania that killed two of her family members.
Authorities say Shirley Davenport was driving while impaired at the time of the crash last June South of Erie. The crash killed her niece, Sharla Davenport, and her aunt, Karen Davenport.
Two others were hurt.
Authorities say the family was driving back to Rochester after attending a wedding in North Carolina.
Shirley Davenport is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and driving in a fatal accident without a license.
