A woman charged in a crash last summer that seriously injured two small children was in court today.
Police say Letoya Palmo was recording a video on her phone when she drove off Lyell Avenue in Gates and hit the wagon being pulled by the children's father. The children were dragged 50 feet.
Palmo was indicted on multiple counts of assault and reckless endangerment.
Palmo's trial is set to begin February third.
