A woman charged in a crash last summer that seriously injured two small children has a court date today.
Police say Letoya Palmo was recording a video on her phone when she drove off Lyell Avenue in Gates and hit the wagon being pulled by the children's father.
The children were dragged 50 feet.
Palmo was indicted on multiple counts of assault and reckless endangerment.
At the time, the children were 10-months and 2-years-old. Their mother tells 13 WHAM they are doing well, though one will need more surgery.
