Authorities in Wyoming County have charged an Arcade man with criminally negligent homicide in a woman's overdose death at his home.
Deputies say Jacob Putnam didn't call 911 when the woman stopped breathing Saturday. A person who drove there to help Putnam, made the call.
Putnam ran when responders showed up, but was caught during a search of the area.
Deputies say he had two active arrest warrants and was found with drugs and a fake gun.
He has a felony record and is being held without bail.
