The Red Cross is assisting 19 people who were displaced by a fire at an apartment building in Chili.
It happened early Sunday morning at the Chili Garden Apartments on Chili Avenue.
Investigators believe the fire started in a storage area in the three-story building. The exact cause is under investigation.
No people were hurt but three cats died in the fire.
