Brighton Police reportedly have referred a fatal accident investigation to the District Attorney's office for review.
No charges have been filed against the driver involved in the crash the day before Thanksgiving that killed a 4th grader and her babysitter.
It happened as the victims were walking with two other children on the sidewalk along Edgewood Avenue.
The driver was heading south when she went off the road, hit a utility pole, and then hit the victims.
