Chief Administrative Judge Craig Doran of the 7th Judicial District has issued a statement saying he reassigned Judge Rosenbaum's cases promptly on learning of the Office of Court Administration's statement regarding the allegations against the judge.
Doran says Judge Rosenbaum had 261 pending cases in Monroe County, and 53 in the other counties of the 7th District. He says four other judges will divide up Judge Rosenbaum's caseload.
