Rochester police are looking for the driver of a black SUV that was apparently involved in two separate crashes, minutes apart, on the city's southwest side.
Officers were on Columbia Avenue around 1 a.m. and saw the vehicle hit a parked vehicle then take off.
The driver wouldn't stop for police.
But moments later, the same -- or similar -- vehicle hit a fire hydrant on South Plymouth Avenue and sent it into the Kennedy Towers building.
The driver took off.
