There is no word yet on a possible cause of the three-alarm fire before dawn yesterday on Rochester's southwest side.
The fire destroyed a vacant home on Jefferson Avenue, and it heavily damaged two adjacent houses
Between 70 and 80 firefighters were on scene.
The Red Cross is assisting three adults and two children who were displaced from one of the homes.
