A Rochester man who pleaded guilty to federal drug distribution charges has been sentenced to just over three years in prison..
Chucky Ellis pleaded guilty in federal court to drug distribution charges, and to possessing a gun with an altered serial number.
Ellis was stopped in a car at Clifford and Goodman Streets in February...then took off with the car and tried to get away.
Police gave chase, and Ellis and his passenger ran off until they were caught on Parkside Drive.
Ellis was carrying cocaine, marijuana, and a .38 caliber revolver.
