A judge has ordered a man awaiting trial for a Webster homicide to give prosecutors a DNA sample.
Piero Scala was indicted this fall in the October stabbing death of Cathy O'Brien on Oakdale Drive.
Investigators said Scala and O'Brien knew each other.
He's charged with second-degree murder and possession of stolen property.
Scala's DNA will be compared to evidence found at the crime scene.
