A Rochester man has been sentenced for being a felon in possession of ammunition.
Daniel Owens was arrested in January after police got a report of people building bombs at a home on Estall Road in Greece. Police found Owens there with shotgun ammo and a pipe bomb that he admitted building.
Owens was previously convicted on a firearm charge.
He'll serve nearly three years in federal prison and three years' probation.
