In all, the state is handing out $64 million in economic aid for the Finger Lakes Region and Rochester.
UR Medicine Home Care is getting $2 million to move its corporate headquarters into the City of Rochester and centralize its operations.
Another nearly $2 million is going to the Village of Webster, to rehab and modernize the roads at the Xerox industrial campus.
And the City of Rochester will get nearly $400,000 to upgrade Durand Eastman Beach by adding a beach house to the swimming area. It will have restrooms, changing rooms, a lifeguard office and a first aid station.
