One of the people hospitalized by the eruption of a volcano in New Zealand graduated from RIT in 2007.
Family members say Matthew Urey, of Virginia, and his wife Lauren, were burned when the volcano erupted.
They were there on their honeymoon.
Urey was a mechanical engineering student at RIT.
