Another Republican state Senator from the Rochester area says he won't run for re-election next year.
Joe Robach began his career in Albany as a Democrat in the Assembly. He became a Republican when he ran for the Senate in 2002.
He says the election of a Democratic senate majority last year was a factor in his decision not to run again.
Another area Republican Senator, Michael Ranzenhofer, announced last week he would not seek re-election.
