State police have a driver in custody who led troopers on a chase through Rochester.
The driver failed to stop for troopers for a traffic violation around dinner time Tuesday night on Joseph Avenue.
During the chase, the driver rear-ended another vehicle.
The driver tried to run, but was apprehended on Weaver Street.
