The owner of a Parma music school -- who was arrested for hiding a camera in restroom at the school -- is now facing federal child pornography charges
Philip Close was arrested Monday after a student's mother spotted the camera lens and wires and pulled the camera from its hiding place beneath the toilet.
A search warrant was served at the building and a computer turned out to have images of a child victim.
Video shows Close touching the child's stomach and other parts of her body.
Close was in federal court yesterday and was held pending a hearing on December 17th.
