A Batavia man has pleaded guilty to enticing a minor to travel in order to engage in criminal sexual activity.
The case last year prompted an AMBER alert.
Guillermo Torres-Acevedo is accused of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.
The 23-year-old man was arrested on a rape charge, but the following day persuaded the girl to go to Pennsylvania with him so they could continue their relationship.
That violated both New York, Pennsylvania and Federal law.
