The ongoing investigation into a person who fell through a skylight at the BayTrail Middle School in Penfield has ended with nine arrests.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says those arrested are mostly Penfield men in their late teens: Christopher Barnett, Jayden Bulger, Chase D'Hont, Jacob Emmick, Maxwell Hoadley of Macedon, William Laing, Miles Lieber, Michael Mitchell and Jack Schlifke. Most were arraigned and released on appearance tickets. All are charged with third degree criminal trespassing.
The incident at Bay Trail Middle School on August 15th seriously injured William Laing, who fell through the skylight to the floor of the gym below.
