Authorities have released the name of the woman who was killed in yesterday's crash on Route 531 in Gates.
The 43-year-old driver, Kathryn Slattery of Brockport, died at the scene. The two passengers remain in guarded condition, and their names are still being withheld.
Slattery's vehicle went off the road near the 490 interchange, traveled down a ravine and hit a tree.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
