New York State Police say a wrong-way driver sent himself and another driver to the hospital when he crashed head-on with the other driver on I-590 in Irondequoit.
Troopers say Khang Le was drunk when he drove south in the northbound lanes before hitting the other car. He's been charged with DWI and his blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit.
