Charges have been filed following a 20 hour standoff with police at a home in Batavia.
Police say Daniel Wolfe has been charged with criminal contempt, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and harassment.
The standoff began at a home on Liberty Street Monday anfternoon when police say Wolfe threatened a woman with a sword.
She got away, but he fired at police with a pellet gun before being taken into custody.
