Rochester police have arrested a city man for the weekend homicide at the corner of Barberry Terrace and Mitchell Street.
Twenty-two-year-old Jonathan Pagan-Ortiz was arrested last night and is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 29-year-old Michael Smith.
Smith died at the scene Friday night.
