The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says a Springwater man has been arrested for burglary and other charges.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty says deputies investigating the theft of two refrigerators from model homes at Affordable Great Locations in Caledonia identified a suspect vehicle from surveillance camera video. They located that vehicle, which was registered to 35-year-old Ian Hunter, an employee of the business. Hunter was charged with stealing the refrigerators and also a refrigerator from a home being remodeled by the business.
He's being held without bail because of prior felony convictions.
