A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a man accused of killing his girlfriend in Rochester in August.
Marzell Miller was indicted on one count of second-degree murder and five counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
He is accused of shooting and killing Shaniece Taylor at a house on Fourth Street.
Miller was arrested by U.S. Marshals on a parole violation in October -- a few days after a fire was set at the house where Taylor was killed.
No one has been charged with setting the fire.
