Rochester Police say they have made two arrests in connection with a threat made to Edison Tech in Rochester.
The threat was posted to the Snapchat social media app, and a number of calls about it were made last night to 911.
Police say a juvenile has been arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat and 36-year-old Tobie Gulley was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
