A Rochester Housing Authority employee is facing federal charges following an investigation into a scheme to defraud the R-H-A.
Federal prosecutors say Janis White worked as the Executive Secretary for the head of the R-H-A, and before that as the Board Secretary for Rochester Housing Charities.
Investigators say White used her position to have her parents' business paid $90,000 for work that was never performed.
She's charged with fraud, fraud conspiracy and obstructing the investigation.
