New York State Attorney General Letitia James will be in Rochester this afternoon for what her office calls -- an important announcement about law enforcement.
She's scheduled to speak at 2:30 at Rochester Police Headquarters.
She'll be joined by elected officials, Rochester Police Chief La’Ron Singletary and Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter
