Two new affordable housing developments are opening in Farmington.
Tomorrow, state and local officials will be on hand to cut the ribbon at Pintail Crossing and Farmington on the Creek.
Pintail Crossing is an $18 million development with 64 affordable apartments for families. Farmington on the Creek is a $22.8 million development with 104 affordable apartments for families.
The developments were funded in part by the NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
