Rochester police say no one was hurt this morning when a driver -- who police were trying to pull over -- hit an electric pole, and the pole came down on a house.
It happened around 2:20 a.m. on Bay Street near Webster Avenue. The driver ran away, but a 17-year-old passenger was caught.
There was no visible damage to the house.
