A Rochester woman is one million dollars richer after winning the jackpot on a New York Million scratch-off ticket.
She purchased the winning ticket at the Tops store on Mount Read Boulevard.
The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present the $1,000,000 ceremonial prize check this afternoon.
