Fire officials are investigating two fires minutes apart, around midnight, on Rochester's northeast side.
The first caused significant damage to a garage at 376 Grand Avenue in the Beechwood neighborhood.
The second happened in the rear of an empty home at 154 Lincoln Street, off Clifford Avenue.
No one was hurt in either fire.
