A Rochester woman who was missing for a while over the weekend has disappeared again.
Her family says 61-year-old Santa Mulero Rivera has showed signs of dementia.
She vanished for a while Sunday, and was reported missing again yesterday.
She is five feet tall and weighs 140 pounds. She was wearing black pants, a long sleeve shirt and tan sandals.
