An investigation is underway in Webster.
Webster Police spent much of yesterday investigating what they're calling a suspicious death at a house on Oakdale Drive in the Volk/Dewitt neighborhood off Bay Road. Police say they were called to the house late Wednesday afternoon to check on the welfare of the resident. They found a dead woman inside.
Police officers have interviewed neighbors, who say the Monroe County Medical Examiner was on the scene until early this morning.
