The Democrat who lost last year's election against now former Congressman Chris Collins is asking a judge to hit Collins in the wallet.
Nate McMurray has asked the judge in his insider trading case to revoke Collins' congressional salary and pension.
If the judge agrees, it would cost Collins 373,000 dollars in salary, though there's no word on how much of his pension would be lost.
Collins could get up to 57 months in prison when he's sentenced in January.
