Ground will be broken today in Rochester for the ROC City Skate Park.
It's being built under the Frederick Douglass-Susan B. Anthony Bridge, just south of the Erie Harbor Promenade.
The skate park is part of the ROC the Riverway development project.
The ceremony took place at 10 a.m.
