Former Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden is pleading guilty to more charges.
He is already awaiting sentencing for his guilty plea to federal wire fraud and tax charges, and he said in a text message to Bob Lonsberry -- "I'm asking my friends to keep me in prayer as I accept responsibility for my actions today."
Today he was in federal court where he pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud.
In that case he allegedly submitted false invoices totaling over 131,000 dollars, while he was working as the executive director of an organization called Quad A For Kids.
Speaking to reporters outside of court, McFadden says he is owning up to the fact that he did something wrong.
In the previous case, he admitted his company did no work in exchange for $65,000 from a firm hired by an arm of the Rochester Housing Authority.
Sentencing is set for February.
