Rochester police say a woman who was struck by a hit and run driver last month has died.
Seventy-eight-year-old Gabriel Robinson was hit September 1 as she was crossing Portland Avenue. The driver who hit her did not stop.
At the time, police say Robinson was conscious and was expected to recover.
She remained in the hospital for a treatment that police say was unrelated to the accident. She died over the weekend.
The Medical Examiner will determine whether the crash was a factor in her death.
