A 77-year-old Avon woman has been given two traffic tickets following a crash in Mendon.
Deputies say she swerved in front of a dump truck on Honeoye Falls 6 Road Wednesday, causing a crash that blocked the road through the evening rush hour.
The woman was trapped in her car until firefighters pulled her out. She was conscious and was taken to the hospital.
She was issued a ticket for an unsafe lane change and crossing the solid double lane.
The truck driver wasn't injured.
