Investigators say a motorcycle rider appears to have been speeding before he crashed and died in Clarkson.
A person living on Drake Road reported hearing the crash around 9:45 last night, and deputies found the wreckage and the dead man in the woods.
Deputies believe he had gone off the road, hit a culvert and went airborne, before hitting the trees.
The man was from Hamlin. His name is being withheld, for now.
