The state Comptroller has raised Monroe County’s Fiscal Stress rating .
County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo says the county was upgraded to “Moderate” from “Significant” for fiscal year 2018.
Over the past three years Monroe County has been designated as having significant fiscal stress.
