A two car crash is under investigation in Penfield. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the head on crash on 441 early Sunday morning. The driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene. The other driver was taken to Strong with non-life-threatening injuries. The name of the victim has not yet been released.
