Two people accused of assaulting an ambulance crew that tried to help them earlier this month have been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.
Daniel Erwin and Dominique Lippa are charged with one count each of second degree assault and third degree burglary. Erwin was also indicted on two counts of attempted assault.
The EMTs found the pair unconscious in their car along I-390. Both allegedly began fighting with the ambulance crew before fleeing when they woke up.
