A road in Rochester has been named after a longtime employee.
Mayor Warren has dedicated a road to the late City employee Phil Banks.
Warren says Banks vision led to the cleanup of several Brownfield sites by turning the abandoned Pho-Tek factory site into the new Driving Park Industrial Park.
Banks son, Kyle Banks, says it was an accomplishment for the west side. The site off Driving Park is paving the way for future job creation, according to the mayor.
