Finger Lakes Congressman Tom Reed collapsed at the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. today.
A Spectrum News reporter witnessed his collapse and said he was conscious as members of the media and police officers waited with him for help to arrive. He was taken to the hospital.
Reed's spokesman said he is in stable condition and is being checked out by medical personnel.
